These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astropanth mobile and web application and related services (together, the "App"), operated by Astropanth ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Astropanth provides personalised Vedic (sidereal) astrology and numerology insights — including birth charts, dashas, panchang, matchmaking, gemstone suggestions, reports, and the AskAstro assistant — based on the birth details you provide. These insights are offered for guidance, cultural interest, and self-reflection.
Astropanth is intended for entertainment and personal guidance only. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on the App are your own responsibility. Astrological and numerological interpretations are not scientifically established and outcomes are not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and meet these requirements.
You may browse parts of the App as a guest, or create an account using your email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate birth details — the quality of your readings depends on them. You may delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or at astropanth.com/delete-account.
You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or bulk-extract data; resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission; or submit content that is abusive, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.
The AskAstro assistant generates responses using an AI language model based on your question and chart summary. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided on the same "guidance only" basis as the rest of the App. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
Some features are free and others are offered as a paid plan (Astropanth Plus) or a one-time purchase. Paid upgrades are made inside the app through Google Play; the current price is shown before you confirm, and payment is processed by Google Play subject to its terms. Purchases are governed by Google Play's policies and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change our features and pricing over time.
The free version of the App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We do not control the specific ads shown. A paid, ad-free experience may be offered.
The App, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own personal use. Your birth details and the personalised outputs generated for you remain associated with your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App relies on third-party services (such as Google sign-in, an AI model provider, email delivery, ad networks, and cloud hosting). Your use of those services through the App may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any astrological or numerological output. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or interpretation will prove correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the App or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka for any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
