This page explains how to delete your Astropanth account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Astropanth app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email support@astropanth.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify and process your request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data linked to it, including your name, email address, birth details (date, time and place of birth, and gender) and any saved readings.

What may be retained

We do not keep your personal account data after deletion. Limited, non-identifying technical logs used for security and abuse-prevention may persist for a short period and are then purged. We retain information only where required by law.
